WeChat now has 300 million domestic and 70 million international registered users, popular games on their games channel, and seems to be drawing usage even from Tencent’s own QQ Games platform, which saw a decline in usage in alignment with a decline in other PC-based casual gaming platforms over the past year of the surge in mobile gaming. Tencent’s gaming revenue helped boost net profit for the company, and the top games remain Dungeon and Fighter and League of Legends.
