Job Overview

Niko Partners is looking for a high-energy marketing manager to execute both digital and in-person marketing programs that will extend Niko’s visibility and engagement with our target audience. The success of these programs will be measured in inbound leads, relevant website traffic, sales pipeline, and closed deals.

Location: Remote, based in India.

Reports to: CEO

Responsibilities

  • Work with the CEO and advisors to develop a cohesive marketing plan designed to help the company scale
  • Design, direct and measure all demand generation campaigns that build sales pipeline
  • Plan and execute Niko Partner’s participation at video gaming and esports trade shows
  • Drive messaging efforts and maintain a current messaging platform that ensures consistency
  • Drive regular improvements to Niko’s website and blog.
  • Promote Niko products and services through social media channels, email outreach, and Niko News
  • Produce high-quality collateral for use in sales situations (e.g. sales decks, brochures, trade show booth materials, etc.)
  • Measure results of marketing campaigns by preparing analytic reports that align with overall business goals, i.e. website metrics, leads, sales pipeline, etc.
    Collect and aggregate news and information on the India video game and esports market weekly.

Required Experience

  • 5 years experience with B2B marketing campaigns (email, LinkedIn, SEO, etc.)
  • Direct experience with global marketing campaigns
  • Based in India
  • Event planning experience
  • Good understanding of social media platforms like Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn
  • Experience with marketing campaign planning and budgeting
  • An understanding of basic sales pipeline flow
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • High degree of initiative, ownership and accountability
  • Ability to be a self-starter and work independently
  • Ability to set priorities and achieve aggressive deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Monitors budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts

Preferred Experience

  • B.S. in business, with a marketing emphasis
  • Basic understanding of website construction and design
  • Excellent design sensibilities consistent with Niko’s style guidelines
  • A good understanding of the video game ecosystem, particularly in Asia & MENA
  • Experience with market research or consulting companies
