RPG titles dominated China’s livestreaming landscape in February 2026, standing out as some of the month’s most-watched content. Read our quick take on the standout titles below from this month’s top RPG games, based on the Niko Index, our proprietary metric for estimating total viewership across games, streamers, and categories.

miHoYo’s Zenless Zone Zero, a F2P cross-platform mobile/PC/console game, garnered 28.9 million viewers (+55% MoM) and ranked #16, a rise from #25 in the prior month. The recap video of the 2025 FES stage performance premiered at 18:00 on February 13 across Bilibili, Huya, and Douyu, driving a sharp viewership spike on the same day. The Bilibili platform alone attracted 16.9 million views in a single day.

Everstone Studio, a subsidiary under NetEase and the developer of Where Winds Meet, a F2P cross-platform PC/console game, garnered 19.1 million viewers (+45% MoM) and ranked #24, a rise from #30 in the prior month. We attribute the significant increase in viewership to several major updates launched across February that helped maintain its viewership throughout the month.

  • February 6’s update included 70+ cosmetic items, unlocking the brand-new 1 million ㎡ Kaifeng Imperial Palace area, over 3,000 unique NPCs, and brand-new story content, delivering an imperial adventure for its players.
  • On February 11, the “Spring Festival Delicacies Collection” event went live. By completing event tasks, players were able to earn various rewards.
Perfect World’s Neverness to Everness, a F2P cross-platform mobile/PC/console game, garnered 3.3 million viewers and ranked #62. The viewership surge is mainly attributed to several factors:
  • On February 3, a prologue gameplay demo for the PS5 version was released.
  • On February 4, the game launched its closed beta test, which includes a top-up rebate feature. The developers also confirmed that the game will be released on PS5, PC, and mobile platforms, with an official full cross-platform launch planned for April 23 of this year.
